The company ran on Deltek Vision and a legacy VB.NET application that never fit how a project-based consulting firm actually works.
Work
I started Intranet shortly after joining and owned it for the next ten years as it grew from a small app into a full ERP. The engineering team, the CI/CD pipeline, and the infrastructure all grew up around it.
Result
It became the primary ERP of the company and a product in its own right, run internally and sold to clients.
