The project-based ERP I built and grew into ADM Associates' system of record, then licensed to outside clients.
The company ran on Deltek Vision and a legacy VB.NET application that never fit how a project-based consulting firm actually works.
I started Intranet shortly after joining and owned it for the next ten years as it grew from a small app into a full ERP. The engineering team, the CI/CD pipeline, and the infrastructure all grew up around it.
It became the primary ERP of the company and a product in its own right, run internally and sold to clients.
One platform for project management, budgeting, accounting, and workflows that replaced Deltek Vision across the company.
