• Rebuilding the ERP from scratch

  Personal rewrite of the project-based ERP I built and ran at ADM for a decade. The original was Ruby on Rails over ten-plus years; this one's React on Bun, with the data model built around project workflows from the start.

• Shipping Phren past the prototype

  Memory layer for coding agents. Getting the retrieval ranker to a place where I'd trust it on my own repos before pitching it to anyone else.

• Music tooling for myself first

  I produce electronic music in Ableton, and got tired of waiting for the tools to exist. LiveMCP and m4l-builder both started that way. Still going in that spirit. Only the features I'd actually use in a session.
